Pet Policy Summary
Pet rent: $50/month per pet
Max 2 pets per apartment
Pets over 30 lbs allowed only on the first floor
Dogs and cats accepted (other pets require written approval)
All pets must be domestic animals
Visiting pets are not allowed

Restricted Breeds
The following dog breeds are not permitted: Airedale, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull), Basenji, Boerboel, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Dogo Argentino, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Saint Bernard, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid. These restrictions also apply to mixed breeds that include any of the breeds listed above.

Service Animal Documentation
We require the following two (2) forms for verification when a service animal will be living in your apartment: Assistance or Service Animal Amendment to Animal Addendum and Letter Regarding Assistance or Service Animals.
