Apartment Amenities
In addition to paragraph 13 of your Lease Contract, the following policies will apply:

- Only one (1) vehicle per lease signer.
- We have an agreement with a towing company authorized to tow any vehicle that is not registered or does not comply with our parking policy. Towing may occur without prior notice.
- Vehicle registration is completed through a parking app/website provided by our towing company. Your vehicle will be identified by its license plate. All resident vehicles must be registered and approved by our office team to park onsite.
- The community does not register your vehicle at move in.
- All visitors staying between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM must register with the parking app/website and park in visitor parking ONLY! Visitor parking is designated by the signs along McKinney Street and on the backside of the property.
- If you switch vehicles or temporarily borrow one, you must update your vehicle registration on the parking app/website to avoid being towed.
- You are responsible to provide the office with your vehicle information prior to moving in: valid Driver’s License and current insurance for vehicle.
- We are not responsible for any failure to register your vehicle or for any incorrect information entered.
- Vehicles are towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
- All vehicles must be in working condition and have current state issued registration stickers.
- Parking in fire lanes is strictly prohibited.
- Please drive with caution and care throughout the community.
- The office will provide residents with the most up-to-date towing company information and parking app/website details via email or upon move-in.
